Great to have:
Experience in healthcare operations
Experience in call centres and/or field operations
Experience in delivering IT system projects to improve reporting capabilities
University degree (preferably in business) or equivalent

Here's how
Support the development and evolution of reporting capabilities for CLIENT Health MyCare Clinical Operations.
Gather requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize and deliver solutions and data insights to inform critical business decisions
Support MyCare data warehouse build up, lead cross-functional teams to re-regineer data capture process, define & refine KPIs and evolve operation reporting solutions leveraging Tableau, Domo, Google Data Studio and other BI tools
Implement workforce performance measurement framework in a call centre like environment, support Clinical Operation Team Managers in performance tracking, coaching and scheduling activities
Report and monitor operational KPIs against targets. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the team to achieve capacity and efficiency targets
Lead special projects, deep dive business analyses/ investigations and other ad-hoc analysis. Present insights and conclusions, with your business owner mindset, to key stakeholders to support informed decision making
Pivoting as required by leadership to meet critical needs of the business and team
