Support: This person would be directly supported by the Manager, Content Enablement. Indirectly supported by 2x Content Product Managers (one Senior & one Junior) whose focus area is the same as the BA's.
Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- Has worked on projects that applied Agile methodology
- Experience with development tools: specifically JIRA & Confluence (others nice to have)
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders through business & user requirements gathering and documentation thereof
Other Skills/Experience:
· A passion for content (TV, film, and other)
· Strong knowledge of & proven experience with content over traditional TV platforms as well as digital/streaming platforms (ie. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) as a user/customer
· Proven experience with development of powerful user experiences/customer journeys
· Experience soliciting business requirements & translating them in to technical and/or operational requirements
· Ability to lead & collaborate with stakeholders on product evolution
· Experience with user story backlog grooming & prioritization
· Has worked on projects that applied Agile methodology
· Experience with development tools: specifically JIRA & Confluence (others nice to have)
· Expert experience with Microsoft & Google tools for presentations, tracking, work management
· Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management
