Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in event planning/execution of project management
- Proven track record of strong organizational skills and attention to detail to enable the successful execution of events or projects
- Proven track record of technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and web applications such as Zoom
- Known for an unwavering commitment to quality and rigor and a passion for making a difference
- A self-starter who is able to take ownership and thrive in an independent environment
- A high degree of professionalism and an excellent communicator - verbal and written
- Experienced in working collaboratively across groups to achieve results

Must have skills:  
1. A self-starter who is able to take ownership and thrive in an independent environment  
2. Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and web applications
3. 2+ years of experience in sales/event management or customer service
4. 1+ years of experience in project management
 
Great-to-haves
- Deep understanding of the Canadian Health Care environment
- Active interest in personal wellness and the latest topics
- Love to work with technology and enjoys troubleshooting
- Experience with learning management systems (i.e., Thinkific, Kajabi, Teachable, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint/Google Slides, and comfort with adopting new technology and systems
