Ideal experience:
Experience with using enterprise level CRM system/marketing automation tools such as Braze, Zapier, Salesforce and/or Adobe
3+ years of working in CRM, engagement or growth marketing with a focus on email, in-app notification, push notification and SMS channels
Demonstrable understanding of how to engage an audience and best practice in email, push notifications, in-app notifications and SMS
Understanding of how webhooks and APIs can be used
Experience of quality assurance processes
Basic HTML and CSS understanding (for troubleshooting)
Great-to-haves

Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
Experience working with both internal and external partners
Understanding of CASL requirements
Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare sector would be considered an asset
Ability to work EST business hours an asset
Bilingual in French an asset
