Project Coordinator 2 - 17844 - Remote - QC


 Description:

Purpose:
Support Implementation Team by taking care of Purchase Requisition and other Project Management administrative tasks

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the creation and administration of Purchase Requisitions in SAP and other administrative tasks related to project management financials as creation of Service Entry Sheets, management of Asset under construction and settlements of assets, journal entry, etc
-Coordinate invoice issues with accounts payable, keep budget book updated,
-Request different information from other business units as Asset Numbers, CLLI code, and others in order to fill in database.

Must to have skills:
1.       Bilingual – French/English -75% of the job is done in French 7/10 min    
2.       Microsoft suite of products, advanced Excel is a must – will be using Excel to analyze data and needs the ability to pull information quickly
3.       Excellent time management and organization skills, attention to detail
4.       3+yrs experience in similar role
 
 
Nice to have skills:
1.       Previous experience with Project Manager/Coordinator role
2.       Familiar with financials related project management (Analyze quotations)
3.       Experience  with SAP PS module – will need the ability to look up various codes and process quotes in SAP
4.       Google suite of products
