Business Analyst 2 / Analyste commercial2 - 17832 - Montreal, QC - Remote

 Description:

A self-starter and team player who is curious and eager to learn, you will own and implement key strategic and transformational initiatives utilizing fair process in collaboration with business process owners. Through in depth analysis you will define business needs and design, develop and deliver on projects and initiatives that will have material impacts to our business and our customers.

1. Demonstrate strong knowledge of business analytics and process methodology
2. Providing process mapping and documentation include coordination of testing.
3. Full requirements management
4. Planning and analysis, forecasting including supply chain management
5. Working knowledge of ITIL environments including tooling and methodologies, e.g Change management, Incident management, etc.
6. Experience operating in an Agile environment.
7. Technical writing skills
8. Experience working with new technology. Experience with cellular technology environments is an advantage.

You will have:
1. Communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation & facilitation)
2. Analytical (attention to detail), process analysis and redesign knowledge
3. Interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills
4. Minimum Post-secondary diploma/certification & 3-5 years of equivalent experience
Bilingual French (nice to have)
